Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase Overview: - This is a one time payment of £3, which allows you access to the vocal workout session you have selected. - Your access will be granted via a Zoom link, sent to your email address.​ 2. Non-refundable policy: - All payments made are non-refundable. - Any sessions that you do not attend or that you cancel, for any reason, are non-refundable. 3. User responsibilities: - The workouts provided are for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or resell the content without prior written consent from Ellie Moorhouse (EM:CAS). - EM:CAS (Ellie Moorhouse/Moorhouse & Co. LTD) is not responsible for any injuries, conditions or issues that may arise from performing the exercises or advice provided incorrectly. ​ 4. Prohibited redistribution of content: - All video, audio and written content provided or taken as part of the purchase is the exclusive property of EM:CAS (Moorhouse & Co. LTD). - You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing or redistributing any content available through the purchase, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. - Unauthorised sharing of the vocal workout content, whether online or offline, without explicit permission from EM:CAS, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate black listing from any future bookings, as well as legal action if necessary. 5. Governing law: - These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. - - Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
