
1. Organiser Obligations

The organisers and all related staff agree to provide workshops, coaching, and instruction relating to music, singing, and performance skills during the retreat.
2. Participant Obligations

By registering for this retreat, participants agree to engage respectfully and constructively with all attendees, facilitators, and staff throughout the duration of the event.

Participants agree to complete their Registration Form and any other requested forms ahead of the retreat, which will be sent via email to their provided email address.
3. Participation

Attendance and participation in retreat activities is voluntary. Participants may choose not to attend any specific activity without penalty.
4. Eligibility

Participants must be aged 18+ years old on the date of the retreat.

By registering for this retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to take part.
5. Health, Safety, and Wellbeing

You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to take part in the retreat.

You agree to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs in advance via the registration form which will be sent via email to the contact details provided.

You are responsible for the storage, administration, and management of any required medication, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the organisers.
6. Supervision and Liability

Participants attend the retreat at their own risk. Retreaters are responsible for ensuring that the retreat and related environment is suitable for their own physical and emotional needs. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the retreat organisers, facilitators, and property owners accept no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal property, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at the retreat.
7. Cancellation and Refunds

In the event of cancellation by the participant after 3rd July 2026, refunds may not be issued.

In the event of cancellation by the organisers, all fees paid will be refunded in full.

Non-attendance at individual workshops, sessions, or activities does not entitle participants to a partial or full refund.

Disagreements regarding creative direction, personal preference, or group dynamics do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation of payment obligations.
8. Conduct

Respectful, safe, and appropriate behaviour is required at all times.

The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
9. Media

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the retreat and may be used by EM:CAS for promotional purposes.

You may opt out of the use of your image by notifying the organisers in writing prior to the start of the retreat.
10. Guests

Any additional guests must be registered in advance via the Guest Form which will be sent via email to the contact details provided.

All guests must be over the age of 18 years.
11. Free camping
-
Guests may choose to camp on-site, free of charge.

Retreats are hosted on private land, it is not a registered or licensed camp-site.

There is electricity, running water, portable toilets, and showers on-site for campers to use.

Retreaters that choose to camp do so at their own risk. The organisers/landowners accept no liability for any loss, theft, damage, injury, accident, or inconvenience arising from camping or use of the site, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Campers are responsible for bringing suitable camping equipment and supplies, leaving the area clean and tidy, respecting other visitors, neighboring properties, and the environment, and complying with instructions given by the organisers.
12. Meal ingredients

Retreats are self-catered, with meal ingredients provided for retreaters.

Ingredients will be provided for the following meals: Friday: Dinner, Saturday & Sunday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Example of meal ingredients: Breakfast: Cereals, fruit, yoghurt, Lunch: Sandwich/wrap options, salads, picnic ingredients, Dinner: Sandwich/wrap options, salads, picnic ingredients, BBQ options.

Retreaters are responsible for informing the organisers in advance of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate these where agreed, the organisers cannot guarantee that food ingredients are free from allergens or cross-contamination.

Visitors consume all food and ingredients at their own discretion and are responsible for ensuring that the food they eat is handled safely and cooked thoroughly.

The organisers accept no liability for illness, allergic reactions, or other issues arising from the preparation or consumption of food, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
13. Privacy and Data

Personal information will be collected and used solely for administrative, safeguarding, and safety purposes. Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or with explicit consent.
